about

In 2013, thirty years after discovering FM synthesis, I wanted to record an entire album with sounds that I could program on my DX7-2. At the beginning of my project I just wanted to let myself be inspired by the sounds but as soon as the first piece was recorded I had this intuition that I was going to tell the story of a ship which, brought to a boat cemetery , dreams of one last journey. In fact this idea is an allegory. It is not just the story of a boat but the story of a man who in the last moments of his life would really like to make one last voyage.
The record was created in a few days. For the sake of efficiency I did not record the sounds in the synthesizer's memory but I played them and programmed another one immediately.

This album was originally released in 2013 as part of the double album "Amarres Rompues" a self-released currently unavailable. It corresponds to the first CD.

He began recording improvisations influenced by the style of Klaus Schulze. Ten years later, a first album was released which would be followed by many others. Alongside these official productions, self-produced records were discreetly released, like those offered here. ... more
